Danai Hazel Kudya

Danai Hazel Kudya is the Founder and Executive Director of AGCIH, an independent institution working at the intersection of public law, institutional design, and responsible AI implementation in Africa.

With more than 15 years of experience across constitutional commissions, United Nations entities, and civil society, she provides strategic leadership on governance frameworks, institutional readiness, and accountability systems for digital and AI enabled public institutions.

Ms. Shimtah Atipa Nembaware

Gender, Inclusion and Equity

Manager, Complaints Handling and Investigations, Zimbabwe Gender Commission

Ms. Nembaware is a gender equality and human rights practitioner with more than a decade of experience in investigations, community programming, and institutional accountability.

At AGCIH, she provides strategic guidance on gender responsive governance, safeguarding, and inclusion in responsible AI and public sector digital innovation.

Data Scientist and IT Consultant, Public Health and ICT

Ms. Mapasure is a Data Scientist and IT Consultant with experience across ICT and public health.

At AGCIH, she provides guidance on digital transformation, AI adoption, and data governance, supporting ethical and context aware technology choices.
