1. Ownership of Content
Unless otherwise indicated, all content published on this website and in AGCIH’s digital or printed materials – including text, reports, research, training materials, frameworks, graphics, presentations, logos and designs – is the exclusive intellectual property of AGCIH.
2. Permitted Use
Users may view, download or print limited copies of AGCIH content for personal, educational or non-commercial use, provided that:
- AGCIH is clearly acknowledged as the source; and
- content is not altered, misrepresented or used in a misleading context.
3. Restricted Use
Users may not, without prior written permission from AGCIH:
- copy, reproduce or republish substantial portions of AGCIH content;
- use AGCIH content for commercial purposes or for organisational branding;
- create derivative works or adaptations based on AGCIH proprietary frameworks;
- use AGCIH’s logo or visual identity in a manner that implies endorsement.
4. Trademarks & Logos
The AGCIH name, logo and related branding are protected as organisational identifiers. They may not be used without written consent.

6. Infringement
Unauthorised use of AGCIH content may result in takedown requests, withdrawal of permission, or legal action where appropriate.
