AGCIH’s frameworks support governments, regulators, oversight bodies, and public-interest institutions to move from digital and AI ambition to responsible, trusted implementation. They focus on institutional readiness, leadership oversight, and operational governance — ensuring that high-impact systems strengthen accountability, legitimacy, and public value.
These frameworks do not replace regulators or technology teams. They strengthen governance architecture: mandates, decision rights, oversight pathways, risk escalation, and accountability mechanisms.

For institutions implementing high-impact digital or AI systems, AGCIH supports structured readiness assessment, governance design, procurement safeguards, and adoption support. Engagements can be scoped as pilots or phased programmes.

Selected articles, briefs, and guidance notes are published publicly through the Resources section. Where appropriate, AGCIH will publish summaries or excerpts of frameworks to support ecosystem learning without compromising institutional specificity.
